The evaluation of candidates for the MSc program is conducted in a systematic manner, comprising three distinct stages:
Stage A:
The initial stage entails a thorough assessment by the evaluation committee of the formal qualifications of candidates who have duly submitted all requisite documentation within the specified timeframe.
Stage B:
The second stage encompasses the interview process, which is exclusive to candidates who have successfully advanced from the first stage. The precise dates for the interviews are communicated to the eligible candidates by the MSc Secretariat. It is imperative that all interviews are completed within the first ten days of October each academic year.
Stage C:
Following the interviews, the evaluation committee synthesizes a comprehensive list detailing the scores of both successful candidates and those on the reserve list for the MSc program. This list is subsequently submitted for approval to the Department Assembly within ten days of concluding the interview process.
