The Quality Assurance Policy of the “MSc in Hospitality & Tourism Management,” offered by the Department of Business Administration and Tourism (BAT) of the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU), focuses on the continuous improvement of the program’s quality, as well as its educational, research, and administrative activities. The quality policy of the Department and the MSc program aligns with the requirements of the Hellenic Authority for Higher Education (HAHE) and fully conforms to the institution’s quality policy (HMU), the quality certification criteria for programs of study at Greek Higher Education Institutions (Law 4957/2022), and the Principles and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG 2015). Both the University as well as the MSc program are committed to delivering high-quality postgraduate education to students, organizing and implementing a curriculum that meets high academic standards and provides significant added value to its graduates.
The MSc program is committed to implementing a quality policy that supports the academic identity and orientation of its program of study, sets, implements, and monitors quality objectives, defines the means, actions, and methods to achieve these objectives, and applies the appropriate internal and external quality assurance procedures to ensure its continuous improvement.
